About the role

As the Contracts and Panel Coordinator, you will be responsible for effective leadership, management and administration of procurement panels for the Infrastructure Capital Projects (ICP) Directorate, at Parks Victoria. Utilising your contract management knowledge, you will support to the Directorate by ensuring key contract requirements are being adhered to, registers are being maintained and reporting requirements are achieved.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing and administering procurement panels.
  • Demonstrated construction industry knowledge in terms of broad industry dynamics on the buy-side is highly desirable.
  • Ability to engage with and maintain effective relationships with internal and external parties.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
