Position Details

The Project Officer – Field Valuers Team for Valuer General Victoria (VGV) is responsible for providing timely, quality-assured project and corporate support to the Field Valuers Team of VGV. Supporting the Valuer General and the Field Valuers team, this role will require an individual with proven experience working in property related industries and forming strong internal and external relationships. The successful candidate will assist in the management and provision of sensitive valuations for Government in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act 1960.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Knowledge of government processes and business systems and suite of tools currently in use for Word processing, report writing, IT, HR, Salesforce, procurement and finance systems.
  • Knowledge of or experience in property related industries is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the delivery of compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance requirements

This is a fixed term position available for 12 Months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria.
