Museum Victoria is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join the Commercial Venue Services team and assist in building the venue hire business across our group of iconic Melbourne venues; including Royal Exhibition Building, Immigration Museum, Melbourne Museum and Scienceworks.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is accountable for managing all event administrative tasks and processes which ensures the efficient operation of the sales team; and to assist with Sales and Marketing initiatives to build the exhibition and events business across the four properties.
Notable skill sets required for this position include:
Proven experience in a sales environment for events; with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated initiative and commitment to system improvement and processes and the ability to prioritise and work in an effective and timely manner.
