The Court Services Talent Acquisition team coordinates a recruitment process for an Associate 'talent pool'.
An Expression of Interest will be advertised for each division at the Court and candidates are invited to apply. The process is outlined below and will include a screening process and panel interview or assessment centre attendance.
At the conclusion of this process, candidates are advised whether or not they have been identified as a preferred applicant and placed into the talent pool.
Once you are a talent pool candidate, a Judge may call on you for interview at any time, as their vacancies and needs arise.
An Associate talent pool will remain live and open for Judge's to access as required.
If you are a talent pool preferred candidate, there is no need for you to apply for additional Associate roles at the County Court of Victoria, as you will be presented for vacancies as a standard course.
