We are seeking a Consultant Organisational Development to Play an integral role in the newly formed Inclusion, Experience & Capability team.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Director Inclusion, Experience & Capability, you will design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and engagement across AV. responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Provide advice on developing and implementing key organisational development strategies for creating an organisation focussed on providing outstanding patient care
- Design, develop, and implement OD interventions with measurable outcomes
- Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant theories, principles and practices in range of OD specialisations
- Work collaboratively to ensure alignment to frameworks, systems, policies and procedures, including AV's desired organisational culture and organisational strategies
- Apply effective project management methodology when undertaking organisational development projects to drive improved organisational performance
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess a degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of organisational development, human resourcing management, learning and development or related disciplines. Other requirements include:
- Experience working in an Organisational Development role, HR Business Partner role or similar
- Demonstrated facilitation experience and ability to support the effective group discussions
- Experience in change management and end-to-end design, development and delivery of Organisational Development interventions
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications
