We are seeking an Administrator People Systems to provide expert support and advice and ensure the ongoing maintenance and management of the People and Culture software systems. 

This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model. 

About the role  

Reporting to the Senior Manager People Systems and Insights responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: 

  • Manage and support People and Culture software systems including liaising with Enterprise Data Warehouse function in IS, Rostering, Finance, HR and Payroll 
  • Prepare reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues which impact data quality, audit reporting needs, business analysis and system solutions  
  • Provide technical, professional advice based on field of expertise  
  • Contribute to the development, governance, monitoring and awareness of policies and procedures for the management of P&C system changes, including liaison with key stakeholders (e.g. IT Change Management)

About you  

To be considered for this position you will possess:  

  • A degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related discipline, or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. 
  • Significant experience in successful implementation of HR Systems and integration projects including process analysis, design, testing and preparation of documentation
  • Expertise in gathering business and systems requirements and preparing functional specifications for HR systems projects
  • Thorough knowledge of HR systems data compliance, privacy requirements, data management and project management within a large and complex environment
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and design skills to quickly translate and document a business requirement into a technical solution
