We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide effective high-level administrative support for our Post Graduate & Specialist Education Team.
This is a fixed term full-time position (until October 2027), While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Sunshine in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager Post Graduate & Specialist Education, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Provide high level administration support to the Post Graduate & Specialist Education program and team
- Prepare presentations, communications, documents and reports
- Use financial systems to support budgeting and processing invoices
- Coordinate catering, accommodation, travel and training room bookings
- Provide secretarial support to leadership team including answering phone calls and enquiries
- Maintain effective and efficient filing systems
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department
- Proven time management skills and capacity to perform autonomously
- Experience using computerised financial and management information systems
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Intermediate Excel skills)
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
