About the role:

Call-Takers receive and process triple zero ‘000' emergency calls from the Victorian community ensuring a quick response from fire, police, ambulance or SES services.  The outcome of this is lives being saved, offenders being apprehended, fires being controlled and serious incidents being managed.

We have a community first focus and our people are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes in an emergency response.  Our team members are dedicated and highly skilled.  We work hard with a strong performance focus as every second counts in an emergency situation.
