About the role:
The Associate Director will lead our newly formed Data Services team responsible for delivering our Data Strategy. The role will design and lead initiatives that transform VLA's data culture, skills and capabilities while engaging, influencing and inspiring the leaders of other VLA initiatives to better address their data requirements and implications.

About you:
You are an influential leader with substantial management experience in leading complex, transformative, organisation-wide data initiatives. This is an opportunity to make your mark in a new role for the organisation by demonstrating both your stakeholder management skills and your expertise in data services - from governance to architecture, security, quality, business intelligence, analytics and industry trends.
