Reporting to the Manager Prosecutions, the Senior Prosecutor is responsible for leading and delivering the provision of strong and efficient prosecution services for the Taxi Services Commission (TSC).

As a senior member of a small team, in a complex regulatory environment, this position requires the ability to provide strong authoritative advice and recommendations to members of the Prosecutions Team and other business areas of the TSC on highly sensitive prosecution matters.  The ability to identify risk, implement policies and interpret legislation are key requirements of this role.

As the position works across a number of different areas of the business, strong communication and networking skills are essential to achieve work objectives and negotiate and influence outcomes.
