Talent Acquisition Adviser

  • High profile rail infrastructure project
  • Salary range of $79,955 - $90,716 plus superannuation
  • Full time, 12 month fixed term Maternity Leave cover  

Looking for a great opportunity to play an active role in recruitment for the Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA), one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for end to end recruitment.  In this role, you will develop position descriptions, talent attraction strategies and coordinate recruitment processes. This role will provide you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities by performing a wide variety of recruitment activities including shortlisting, interviews, background checks and onboarding.  

Key to your application will be your extensive government recruitment experience skills along with your ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will have demonstrated ability to make sound judgements and interpret policies to provide sound advice and guidance to the team and business.
