The Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) was established in 2015 to oversee the largest rail infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, including the elimination of 75 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne. To date, 29 level crossings have been removed, 18 train stations have been rebuilt, new track has been laid, and three level crossing removals are now in construction. Information Management Specialist (TeamBinder) 

  • High-profile rail infrastructure project
  • Salary range of $85,279 - $96,759 plus superannuation 
  • One full time, fixed term VPS4 opportunity for up to 3 years

An exceptional opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Information Management Specialist whose expertise lies in providing document control, system administration and support to TeamBinder users,to join the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria's history.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Information Management, the Information Management Specialist will be responsible for performing system administration and helpdesk user support. The position will also require configuration, testing and auditing usage of TeamBinder to identify usage patterns, access settings and highlight potential areas for improvement. Also, you will run reports in TeamBinder, set appropriate security and access settings. The position will also be responsible for training activities and providing supporting documents and user guides to support information management functions 

Key to your application will be your extensive experience in administering and providing user support to TeamBinder or similarly Aconex users within a large Construction project and preferably within a Government environment.  Your strong ability to provide exceptional support in along with an ability to establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders at various levels to ensure the efficiency of information transfer will also ensure your success in this critical role.
