Position Details

About the role

This is an exciting new opportunity within a vibrant Property Services team in the Department of Parliamentary Services. The Property Services team is responsible for managing and negotiating lease and maintenance of all Victorian State Electorate Offices.
Based in the Parliamentary Precinct (Macarthur Street) the Administrator Officer will support the team through a variety of administrative, reporting, finance and operational related duties.

This unique administrative opportunity within Parliament of Victoria will assist with reviewing data, tenancy information, accounts and rental processes in consultation with property partners as well as filing, scanning and coordinating monthly billing.

About You

You will have a passion for property administration and a strict eye for detail. You're enthusiastic about reviewing processes, liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders and working with minimal supervision.  Your minimum 2 years experience in a similar administrative role, confidence with technology and highly developed organisational skills will be key to your success.
