Rail Projects Victoria (RPV), formerly known as Melbourne Metro Rail Authority, is the Victorian Government body responsible for the delivery of the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, the high speed rail link between Geelong and Melbourne and the future Melbourne Airport Link. RPV is responsible for all aspects of the projects including planning and development of a project reference design, site investigations, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals and procurement, through to construction delivery and project commissioning. RPV has assembled a skilled team of highly experienced professionals from across the public and private sectors to ensure the objectives of its projects are achieved for the Victorian community. Position Details

About the role

The Senior Advisor, Communications and Stakeholder Relations will be responsible for the development and delivery of communications and stakeholder relations strategies to support planning, development and delivery of the Regional Rail Revival. This position will work closely with the Technical and Planning teams and appointed contractors. The successful candidate will have the capability to work proactively to facilitate high quality communications and stakeholder engagement activities and be experienced in managing sensitive stakeholder interfaces in an issues-rich and complex environment.
