Position Details
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced construction Senior Project Manager to support project delivery for the Planned Asset Improvements Unit, Asset Management. The Senior Project Manager is a key role in a collaborative team focused on delivering upgrade and maintenance work on the government's low-rise public housing properties. The role will require an experienced candidate with experience in all facets of project management including coordinating procurement processes and contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key project outcomes.
Are you:
- Experienced in the management and delivery of high-volume residential building industry contracts and projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A team-player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, committed to delivering outcomes under tight timeframes
- Passionate and driven about the Government's agenda of substantially increasing social housing in Victoria
