About the role: 

In this role, you will be supporting the System Reform unit in developing and delivering reforms that improve the health of Victorians, with a strong focus on the hospital system. This includes supporting the delivery of the Health Services Plan (available at www.health.vic.gov.au/research-and-reports/health-services-plan). The Plan seeks to build a more connected health system that delivers the right care, at the right time, in the right place for all Victorians.

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification in fields related to health, politics, public policy or public administration would be desirable.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of the policy context and direction of the Victorian health system.
  • Authoritative writing skills and demonstrated experience drafting diverse documents tailored to specific audiences.
