Position Details
About the role:
The Senior Project Officer will work collaboratively across the Improvement Branch delivering program governance, monitoring and reporting requirements, operational and evaluation support for the Safer Together Program and the Improvement Branch. The position will support the implementation of Safer Together Program projects and utilise evidence-based change methodologies to improve the quality of treatment, care and support in Victoria's health system.

About you:
- A strong understanding of the Victorian health system, and knowledge of the department and its operating processes and information systems is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement and associated methodologies including data analysis and management is desirable.
- Previous project management experience in healthcare would be highly regarded.
- A tertiary qualification in fields related to health administration, medicine, nursing, midwifery, paramedic, pharmacist or allied health is desirable.
- Certified Improvement Coach or equivalent highly regarded.
