Position Details

VicRoads' property portfolio is a complex combination of residential, commercial, vacant land, telecommunications and infrastructure assets spread across the state. The management of VicRoads' property portfolio requires specialised skills and knowledge in property, public land, road reserves and commercial real estate fields.

As a member of the VicRoads Land and Property Group the Land and Property Support role will offer administration support to both the Sales and Leasing teams including:

  • Provide general property administration support to the business area including provision of basic property advise to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage electronic and hard copy filing systems compliant with current policies and ensuring the groups adherence to them
  • Administer the Customer Enquiry Database for the Land and Property Group ensuring quality and timeframes are achieved
  • Engage and manage service contractors for the provision of works to land holdings

We are seeking submissions from those who:

  • Can demonstrate experience in providing administrative support across teams managing a large and diverse property portfolio
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to monitor and report land management plans and functions including performance reporting
  • Review, identify and understand leasing and sales documents to report on key commercial terms
  • Prioritise work to assist with meeting team objectives across a multitude of functions
