Position Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Information Security Governance team in a permanent ongoing position to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information at VicRoads.

Reporting to the Head of Information Security Governance, the Senior Security Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance against the Victorian Protective Data Security Framework (VPDSF), the technology control aspects of the Payment Card Industry standard PCI-DSS, and other regulatory and legislative requirements related to the protection of information. You will also be responsible for maintaining VicRoads' suite of Information Security Policies and ensuring compliance to them.

About the Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience maintaining PCI-DSS compliance and be familiar with the VPDSF and other Information Security frameworks. You will have excellent written communication skills and experience writing policy documents. Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence decision making and providing specialist advice to senior stakeholders is also key.

Ideally you will hold a relevant Information Security Certification such as CISSP, CISM or CISA to support this work experience.
