The Level Crossing Removal Authority, exists for the purpose of expertly delivering infrastructure projects for the Victorian Government. Melbourne is growing – our population is projected to grow from 4.5 million to almost 8 million by 2051. Victoria’s population is expected to be more than 10 million by 2051. This means Melbourne’s transport network will need to cater for around 10 million more trips a day.

MANAGER, PROJECTS REQUIREMENTS

  • High profile rail infrastructure project
  • Salary range of $153,694 - $209,027  plus superannuation
  • One full time, fixed term (for up to 3 years) opportunity

Looking for a great opportunity to play an active role in the alignment of project requirements across the key transport stakeholders of the Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA), one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria?

Reporting directly to the Manager, Technical Services, you will be responsible for contributing to LXRA's approach to Project Requirement Specifications across all projects within the authority.  In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of Requirements Engineers and provide guidance on the alignment of stakeholder needs. This role will provide you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities by providing a wide variety of advice on construction project guidelines, strategies and procedures.  Your contribution will assist the LXRA by providing effective stakeholder relationship management  to ensure work is prioritised and delivered on time and to appropriate standards.

Key to your application will be your people management skills and experience in developing and managing project requirements. Furthermore, you will have demonstrated ability influence and guide in a complex working matrix environment.
