Managing multiple technical staff this position will see you driving customer satisfaction by ensuring service levels are met and the services are supported and available to our customers. Sitting in the Workplace and Application services division the Managed Workplace team is responsible for the delivery, lifecycle management and governance of correlated services to customers.

What you'll be involved in:
Day to day you'll be expected to:
• Deliver customer outcomes
• Lead a team to deliver outcomes and continuous improvements
• Develop training plans
• Work collaboratively across the business

You'll need to have:
To be a success in this role you need to have:
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience in Technical support is desirable
• Service Management certification (e.g. ITIL)
• Understanding of standard desktop for supported and non-supported devices
• Strategic approach with the ability to build relationships with internal departments and external partners
