PROJECT MANAGER,  HR SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES

  • $115,135 - $154,076 (Plus Superannuation)
  • Fixed Term (12 months)
  • Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual work location: Melbourne, CBD  (flexibility may be available)

 

The position of Project Manager HR Systems and Processes forms a part of the People Services Branch in the Service Centre within the Corporate Services Group.

The Service Centre which delivers many of Corporate Services Group's (CSG) operational services including financial operations, people services, ministerial coordination and records management.  The Service Centre provides a systematic approach to improving efficiency and effectiveness by designing, testing, implementing, monitoring and measuring the services CSG delivers, in order to continually improve processes. It invests in developing capabilities in the disciplines of Service Management, Process Management and Customer Engagement.

The Project Manager HR Systems and Process will work with key stakeholders across DEDJTR to lead and deliver a projects to enable changes to systems, business processes and data to ensure that DEDJTR's HR Information Systems fully and accurately reflect the structure of the organisation and contain the information required to meet the needs of a range of critical corporate systems.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to consult and engage a wide range of high profile stakeholders to explain key system concepts and to identify, document and prioritise user requirements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with concepts relevant to a range of IT systems and processes in particular HR and payroll.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects within agreed schedule, budget and quality, following a recognised project methodology.

This position may require occasional out of hours work and may be required to travel intrastate.
