Business Services Officer

The position of Business Services Officer forms a part of the Agriculture, Food & Fibre division, Agriculture Services and Biosecurity Operations branch within the Employment, Investment and Trade group.

The primary responsibility of the Business Services Officer is to manage the front reception duties for the site and deliver a range of business support services and activities that ensure the effective operation of work sites in the regions. These services include, but are not limited to, liaising with internal and external clients, counter sales, information collection and identifying service improvements. Sound communication and planning skills are essential.
