The Team

The position of Business Operations Support Officerforms a part of the Business and Finance Services branch within the Agriculture Victoria group.

Agriculture Victoria works with industry and community stakeholders to support the agriculture, food and fibre sector to become more globally competitive, innovative and resilient.

Business and Finance Services Branch

The Business and Finance Services branch in Agriculture Victoria provides centralised advice and support to the Agriculture Victoria Executive team, including strategic finance, risk, and business analysis; people strategy; planning and business reporting; and audit coordination. The branch also delivers enabling business and operational services across Agriculture Victoria's large number of metropolitan and regional sites, including to offices, farms, and laboratory facilities; provides site services management; and also manages DJPR's state-wide Fleet function. 

The Role

The Business Operations Support Officer is part of a state-wide Operations team that provides high quality business services to staff, tenants, and visitors to DJPR regional and metropolitan sites. 

The position will provide business administration, facilities management and site based services including the delivery of front and back of house services, fleet services and other site operation services.
