The position of Senior Organisational Development Advisor is part of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer in the Employment, Investment and Trade Group.

The Employment, Investment and Trade Group delivers programs and services to grow the Victorian economy.  Its focus is on creating jobs and raising incomes through industry development, targeted investment and increasing the export value of Victorian firms.

Your goal will be to support the development of a high performing and constructive culture in the Employment Investment and Trade (EIT) Group.  The role involves a wide variety of work across the EIT Group and responsibility for the design and implementation of key organisational development initiatives arising from the EIT People Strategy.

  • Capacity to work effectively as a member of a team
