MANAGER BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • $116,863 - $156,387 (Plus Superannuation)
  • Fixed Term (3 years) 
  • Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual work location: Melbourne, CBD (flexibility may be available)

The position of Manager Business and Administrative Support forms a part of the Transport Property Branch in Asset and Networks Division within Transport for Victoria Group.

The Manager Business and Administrative Support will have a key role in the Transport Property Branch, with responsibility to assess, develop and continuously improve the key processes and documentation, critical to service delivery.  Reporting to the Director Transport Property, the occupant will have a strong interest, and demonstrated experience within complex work environments, in business processes and information technology.

The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and be involved in a wide variety of infrastructure projects across the department, including within Transport for Victoria and direct engagement with the authorities delivering the Metro Tunnel, Level Crossing Removals, West Gate Tunnel and North East Link.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in providing high level executive support and office management services in a highly complex and challenging environment.
  • Highly effective project administration skills, including the ability to review projects and priorities to anticipate and manage emerging issues and ensure timeliness and quality of outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft correspondence, complex reports and other documentation
  • High level experience, thorough understanding and ability to use computer based applications, including TRIM, Microsoft Office Suite, or other software databases.
