Inclusion Capability Officer

The Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA) was established in 2015 to oversee the largest rail infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, including the elimination of 50 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne by 2022. To date, 29 level crossings have been removed, 18 train stations have been rebuilt, new track has been laid, and three level crossing removals are now in construction. Position Details

Inclusion Capability Officer

  • Salary range of $82,574 - $93,689 plus superannuation
  • One full time, fixed term VPS 4 opportunity for up to 3 years

An exceptional opportunity exists for an experience Inclusion Capability Officer to join the Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA), working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria's history.

Reporting to the Inclusion and Social Procurement Adviser the Inclusion Capability Officer will be working as a key part of the development and implementation of Training for the Future (TFTF) development program for rail and infrastructure. The position will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and implementation of diversity and inclusion change and awareness programs, key events and initiatives.

Key to your application will be your previous experience in administering inclusion capability programs. Your strong ability to advise on cultural and community engagement strategies and excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills will also ensure your success in this critical role.
