About Rail Projects Victoria 

Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is the Victorian Government body responsible for the delivery of the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, the high speed rail link between Geelong and Melbourne and the future Melbourne Airport Link.

RPV is responsible for all aspects of the projects including planning and development of a project reference design, site investigations, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals and procurement, through to construction delivery and project commissioning.

About the opportunity  

The Delivery Systems Coordinator role will manage the technology components of systems, implementations and initiatives for project delivery for Rail Projects Victoria (RPV). The role includes day-to-day hands on user support plus system configuration, process and technology development, business and data analysis. The Delivery Systems Coordinator role is within RPV's Systems Integration Group which is in the process of defining and implementing the way rail projects will be delivered in Victoria. This includes determining how rail sector stakeholders and contractors in Victoria will collaborate during projects and how data will be mined and delivered in a useful format. The core systems include TeamBinder (RPV's Information Exchange System) and SharePoint. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and a willingness to interact with people from a wide variety of professional backgrounds.

  • Developing and implemting process solutions in the project information and document control environment
