Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Transaction Manager will provide logistical and administrative transaction support to all bus recontracting projects within the broader BSRP. These projects range from negotiating smaller regional contracts through to the large-scale tender for MBF services, which is approximately 30 percent of the metropolitan Melbourne bus network (currently operated by Transdev).

Key elements of the role include supporting the accurate production, delivery and execution of 1600 school bus contracts; managing interactive online tender data room preparation and management; and, triaging and vetting communications between the BSRP and potential tenderers. The successful applicant will have experience in providing robust logistical and administrative support in a fast-paced environment preferably within a government projects setting.
