- Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available)

The position of Project Manager is part of the Group Performance Branch within the Precincts & Suburbs Group. The Precincts and Suburbs Group drives strategic planning for precincts, suburbs and places to create vibrant, distinct and innovative communities. We work to create more jobs for Victorians, thriving communities and sustainable growth by prioritising, sequencing, designing and delivering precinct and suburban developments.
The Project Manager supports the development of effective tools and implementation strategies to maximise the potential of the Precincts and Suburbs work program . With a strong focus on program management and innovation the Project Manager leads project scheduling, risk management, budget, change control and project procurement. Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, the successful candidate will bring collaboration and strong process experience. This role supports high quality reporting mechanisms to ensure effective monitoring and tracking of the the program of work, as well as supporting the development and implementation of high quality tools and templates.
