The position of Executive Coordinator forms a part of the Office of Suburban Development branch within the Precincts and Suburbs Group. The newly established Precincts and Suburbs Group drives strategic planning for precincts, suburbs and places to create vibrant, distinct and innovative communities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Office for Suburban Development this position will provide comprehensive executive and business support services in addition to identifying and implementing more efficient business and administrative practices and processes supporting continuous improvement. A key part of this position will be the processing of briefs, correspondence and invoices, managing calendars and correspondence and preparing for meetings and events. 

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Working with minimal supervision, the position will require initiative, well developed problem solving skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
