Position Details

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Manager, Infrastructure, Design and Warehouse, the Print and Design Production Coordinator will be responsible for: 

- planning the design, development and production of new products for the State election, local council elections, commercial elections and also support other business requirements

- ensuring we are fully resourced to support the upcoming local council elections with a range of products delivered on time within very tight timeframes and

- supporting major projects within the Election Services team and across the Commission by gathering requirements and delivering products and services as required.

The successful applicant

We are looking for somebody with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate vision and direction. Your biggest strengths are your planning and organisational skills. You're self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within inflexible deadlines.

To be successful in this role you will have highly developed computing skills including demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite CC and pre-press knowledge.

Finally, you'll have well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills to liaise and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
