Public Transport Regulatory Operations works closely with DoT agencies to deliver a fairer fare enforcement system promoting compliance. This contributes to a sustainable passenger-focused public transport system.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader, Infringement Assessment, the Infringements Processing Office is responsible for entering reports of non-compliance into the infringements management system. The incumbent is also expected to the team with administrative tasks as required. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated skills in computer operations and data entry systems and the use of various Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrated skills in performing a wide range of administrative and office support services including filing, photocopying, coordinating maintenance of office equipment and office supplies, processing correspondence, preparing pro-forma letters, word processing, maintaining procedure manuals, mail sorting and distribution, document and records management.
  • Excellent levels of attention to detail. Well-developed organisation skills and the ability to complete work within strict timeframes.
