The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) is seeking to appoint a Director, People Operations to join its team.

As the Director, People Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and management of core HR services including recruitment, payroll and workforce reporting and analysis. You will lead a high‑impact reform agenda – shaping and uplifting enabling services, modernising payroll and workforce systems, and enhancing the experience of employees and leaders across DJSIR.

As a key member of the People and Culture branch leadership team, you will provide trusted expert advice to our senior executives, drive data-informed decision making, and contribute to developing and delivering services and solutions that influence workforce outcomes.
