Senior Food & Beverage Attendant

- Ongoing full-time position
- PoV 3.1 – $74,580 - $82,571 per annum
The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2024 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 3.1 will be $76,817 - $85,048.
About the role
Situated at the iconic Parliament House in Melbourne, the Senior Food & Beverage Attendant (Senior Customer Service Officer) assists in the oversight of the operations of the Parliament's Dining Rooms, overseeing the running of Session's Café and Catered Events, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to all patrons.
Supervising employees and agency personnel, this role provides support, instruction and on-the-job training. Working collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Functions and Events Coordinator, the Senior Food & Beverage Attendant ensures day-to-day service delivery, staffing requirements and administrative processes are managed and maintained effectively.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role sits within a tight-knit, professional team who share a passion and commitment for showcasing locally grown produce to offer a quality experience to all guests of Parliament House.
