As part of the Machinery of Government changes announced by the Premier of Victoria, from 1 Jan 2019 DEDJTR has transitioned into the Department of Transport (DoT) & the Department of Jobs, Precincts & Regions (DJPR). The position of Reporting Coordinator will sit within the Department of Transport (DoT).


The Finance division is responsible for the management and oversight of all monetary related activities for the department and it's agencies. Further activities include cross agency controls, governance/oversight and reporting for high profile projects for central agencies and Ministerial offices to ensure that macro decisions are made with the best and complete information available.

Reporting to the Manager, Program Strategy, this role enables the division's reporting and information management processes to run smoothly so we can provide information that guides the strategic decision making and policy development by departmental executives and Ministers.

The successful applicant will coordinate input from across the department and agencies into reports and business intelligence outputs and support the underlying information management and administrative processes. In addition, the role involves drafting briefings, presentations and other materials that effectively communicate key information.
