The position of Application Manager forms a part of the Strategy, Policy & Corporate Services team within the Transport Safety Victoria.

The Business Services team oversees the delivery of all ICT related investments and services within Transport Safety Victoria (TSV) engaging with key stakeholders to ensure ICT systems and services are appropriately designed, governed, and delivered. The Business Services team offer a range of end-user focused systems and services to TSV both directly and through third-party providers and provides governance and assurance for systems and services delivered by other groups and agencies within the Department of Transport (DoT) and CenITex.

Reporting to the Manager Business Services the Application Manager is responsible for the operational support, maintenance, and development activities for all of TSV's business applications whilst providing in-depth hands-on technical expertise.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in IT
  • ITIL certified
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce CRM development experience
  • Demonstrated experience and success in coordinating and implementing a range of information technology services.
  • Demonstrated project management, governance, risk, probity, and continuous improvement experience.
