The Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) is seeking to appoint a Director, Priority Projects Unit to lead strategy development and priority reforms across the department's portfolios. As Director, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Secretary and the department's senior executives to tackle some of the critical challenges facing the State.

Reporting to the Associate Deputy Secretary of Strategy and Priority Projects, the Director of the Priority Projects Unit leads a high-performing, established, and agile team to address priority issues across the department's portfolio areas.

To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of public policy and the policy challenges facing the department's portfolio areas. You will be a senior leader with demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and a track record of delivering projects using best practice project management disciplines to support stakeholders to make better decisions.
