Project Support Officer, Trade Missions

The position of Project Support Officer forms a part of Trade Victoria division, Business Events and Missions branch within the Employment, Investment and Trade group.

This position will assist in the implementation and overall delivery of the Government's inward and outbound trade missions. The role requires strong project and stakeholder management, organisational, communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills coupled with an ability to develop effective systems and processes to support the work of the Trade team. The role collaborates across the department to ensure that activities are consistent with industry sector, investment and trade strategies.

The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of work across the division.
