Position Details

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • $78,773 - $89,375 (Plus Superannuation)
  • Fixed Term  until 30 November 2018   
  • Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)

The position of Executive Assistant forms a part of the Trade Victoria division, Office of the Lead Deputy Secretary branch within the Employment, Investment and Trade group.

Executive assistant reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Trade Victoria. The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of work across the division, involving managing the diary of the Deputy Secretary, coordinating briefs, correspondence and Possible Parliamentary Questions (PPQs) on behalf of Trade Victoria, as well as other duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have well-developed organisational and planning skills, knowledge of departmental portfolios and business areas are essential for this role.  Strong communication skills are vital to this role.
