Position Details

Director, Skilled and Business Migration Program

  • $113,156 -$151,426 (Plus Superannuation)

The position of Director, Skilled and Business Migration Program forms a part of the Skilled and Business Migration Program branch, Trade Victoria division within the Employment, Investment and Trade group.

Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Trade Victoria, the Director, Skilled and Business Migration, is responsible for leading and managing a team and budget to develop and deliver strategies, programs and services to attract investor, business and skilled migrants to Victoria. 

The role collaborates across the department to ensure that activities are consistent with industry sector, investment and trade strategies. The role requires skills and experience in staff and budget management, strategy and program development; client service delivery; stakeholder management and advocacy.

The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of work across the division.
