The position of Senior Recruitment Advisor forms a part of the Delivery branch within the Jobs Victoria, Secure Work and Inclusion group.

The Group

The Jobs Victoria, Secure Work and Inclusion Group (JVSI) promotes and strengthens economic inclusion for all Victorians.

Delivery Branch

The Delivery Branch is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring all systems settings and processes are in place to achieve high levels of performance and outcomes for jobseekers.

The Delivery Branch works closely with all areas of the Employment & Inclusion team to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards, that funding and contracts are administered with integrity and compliance, and that funded organisations are managed to and supported to achieve our shared objectives.

Reporting to the Manager Recruitment Services, this position is responsible for delivering employment outcomes for diverse cohorts of Victorian jobseekers. You will be a recruitment all-rounder who can provide tailored solutions and advice to Jobs Victoria employment partners looking for staff, including large business to small and medium sized business.

Working autonomously under the guidance of the Manager Recruitment Services you will be responsible for leading and driving engagement opportunities whilst actively promoting Jobs Victoria with both employers and candidates to support stakeholders with recruitment that support the State government's major projects agenda to deliver jobs and identify additional employment opportunities.

This role requires highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to confidently present to senior level stakeholders with influence. You will have a proven track record of achievement against agreed targets and have delivered measurable employment outcomes.
