  • Salary Range: $90,067 - $102,192 (Plus Superannuation)
  • 2 x Fixed Term positions up to 4 years

The Team

The position of Team Coordinator forms a part of the Sport and Recreation Victoria branch within the Sport, Recreation and Racing group.

Sport, Recreation and Racing (SRR) is comprised of Sport and Recreation Victoria (SRV) and the Office of Racing.

SRV aims to create greater sport and active recreation participation opportunities for all Victorians in order to maximise economic, social and health benefits and enhance Victoria's liveability.

The Role

Reporting to either the Director, Community Infrastructure and Place or Project Director, Regional Infrastructure, the Team Coordinator will provide high level administrative, operational and project support to the Community Sports Infrastructure (CSI) Unit and the Office of the Director.

The position is responsible for supporting the Office of the Director through diary management, stakeholder engagement, forward planning, and improving systems and processes to support departmental and organisational objectives. The role also co-ordinates a range of Community Sports Infrastructure administrative tasks including procurement, information management, governance and recruitment activities, technology, and professional training and development.

One Team Coordinator position associated with the 2026 Commonwealth Games is fixed term (up to 4 years) in accordance with the VPS Enterprise Agreement 2020 Section 17.3 (b) (iii) undertaking a specified task which is funded for a specified period.
