The Team

The position of Project Officer, Policy and Change forms a part of the Corporate Services Group and Investment and Procurement Branch. The Corporate Services Group actively supports Ministers and DJPR portfolio groups to create the conditions for sustainable economic development and employment growth. Investment and Procurement Branch provides strategic advice and professional services to the business and our Ministers, creating value by improving performance and sustainability across the DJPR portfolios in line with its objectives. 

The Role

The Project Officer will provide administrative, coordination and logistical support to the wider Procurement Centre for activities aimed at assisting to deliver on DJPR's strategic goals.

  • Review and recommend improvements to policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and sustain a culture within the team

Key knowledge and skills requirements for this role include project management, analytical and excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a team environment and to contribute to change and business improvement programs.
