Project Administrator – Creative Asset Portfolio
- Salary: $79,122 - $96,073 (Plus Superannuation)
- Ongoing role
- Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)
- Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)
The Role
The Project Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to Creative Victoria's Property & Assets Unit. This position requires initiative and judgement to take appropriate action for urgent matters, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organisational ability.
Main accountabilities:
- Resolves local operational service delivery problems within guidelines
- Manages budget and resources for the work area
- Prepares briefs on sensitive issues for consideration of others
- Initiates improvements to procedures within the work area
The Team
The position of Project Administrator – Creative Asset Portfolio forms a part of the Policy and Delivery branch within the Creative Victoria group.
