About the role The Permits & Agreements Team are responsible for the provision of excellent customer service through the issuing of permits and licences on the Parks Victoria estate for events, filming and photography, research and Licenced Tour Operators. The primary focus of the Permits & Agreements Officer is to assess, prepare and execute permits, access agreements and licences and any required documentation, take general enquiries and keep up to date information on Parks Victoria systems. The role will ensure all permits and licences are clearly scheduled, and Parks Victoria staff are aware of all event, research and Licensed Tour Operator activities occurring in the Parks Victoria estate and provide information and guidance to clients and colleagues regarding the permit process.
