About the role

As the Digital Channels Coordinator, you will create, publish and manage content requests from Parks Victoria staff across digital channels (social media, website and email).

The role has a strong focus on creating engaging social media and email content, enabling safe and responsible visitation to parks.

You will also provide advice and account management services to internal teams, with a focus on localised digital communication and engagement strategies, as well as paid and organic campaigns.

The Communications and Engagement Directorate is Parks Victoria's hub for media, communications, digital, engagement, and customer service. It manages brand strategy, communications protocols, media enquiries, and customer interactions, while building tools, policies, and procedures that strengthen capability across the organisation.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in developing content for a range of digital channels (social media, email, paid campaigns), particularly Instagram, paid Meta and email
  • Familiarity with content management systems and accessibility standards
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
