Position Details
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver meaningful people outcomes in a diverse and purpose-driven organisation.

About the role
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to leaders across designated business areas.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Deliver HR projects, engagement activities, learning and development initiatives and organisational change programs.
- Build strong relationships with leaders, employees and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Coach and support leaders to build capability and achieve positive people outcomes.
- Support workforce planning, organisational capability and talent management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, governance requirements and organisational standards.

About You:

Strong knowledge of human resource management, employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.

Demonstrated experience in HR advisory, employee relations and workforce planning.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable).
