About the role:
As the Business Support Administrator, you will provide a broad range of administrative and transactional services to support the effective delivery of day-to-day business operations within Parks Victoria.
The role undertakes a variety of generalist administrative tasks, including data entry, processing reimbursements, maintaining training records, and managing business information and documentation. It contributes to the preparation of reports, submissions, and correspondence, and supports the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events through scheduling, preparation of agendas, minute taking, and distribution of related materials.
We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in business administration, office management, customer service, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative, coordination and logistical support in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Relevant knowledge and practical skills to support the delivery of business and administrative functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and constructively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders
