Position Details
- A diverse role in customer service and provision of national park information services, with the potential to support other park management operations as per skills and qualifications
- Work in Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park, one of Victoria's largest National Parks
- Casual and flexible rostered hours between 9am- 5pm daily

Do you have an interest in protected area management and the safety of park visitors? Would you be interested in supporting other conservation and park operations activities if the opportunity arose?
About Parks Victoria OR About the Team
These customer service roles work within Brambuk the National Park and Cultural Centre - the information centre for Grampians (Gariwerd) National Park. This team includes casual customer service officers that report to a Team Leader and Area Chief Ranger postion based within the Grampians Gariwerd Park Operation Area. These roles are casual, and can be flexible with start and finish times. Our customer service staff are 'the face of the national park' they connect and communicate with domestic and international visitors, our communities and other key stakeholders to create safe and memorable experiences within the national park.
We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant knowledge and practical skills to support the delivery of customer service and on-ground park management activities, such as visitor information, community engagement, environmental education, or basic land management and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver routine and moderately complex customer service and operational activities under general supervision and as part of a team, contributing to safe and high-quality visitor experience and the effective management of Parks Victoria.
- A current driver's license.
